Examine the implications of the revisions in the program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) from the standpoint of the WIC participants’ primary caregiver’s food choice and other behaviors of and the impact on infant and child feeding practices especially in predominately black and underprivileged urban areas. Of particular research interest is the evaluation and improvement of implementation strategies for community based health and nutrition programs that promote physical activity and healthy behaviors using media.
